Lillie Mullins founded Lillia Cultrix to bring vibrant, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces to homeowners across Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding areas. Every project starts the same way — walking your property, understanding how you want to use it, and choosing plants and materials that truly belong there.
From soft cottage gardens to bold flagstone patios and retaining walls, Lillie leads each design and installation personally. The result is a yard that looks like it grew there naturally and holds up beautifully season after season.
